By accessing or using DonoFuel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
DonoFuel is a for-profit platform that allows supporters (“Supporters”) to send financial contributions (“DONOs”) to athletes (“Athletes”). DonoFuel facilitates these transactions but is not a charity, financial advisor, or employer of Athletes.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have verified parental/guardian consent.
Athletes must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
DonoFuel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Supporters authorize DonoFuel to process payments through third-party providers.
Membership and transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or due to a verified processing error.
DONOs are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. DonoFuel operates as a for-profit business.
Athletes are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on funds they receive.
Supporters will not receive any financial return, ownership, equity, or profit from their contributions. Instead, supporters gain access to engagement features such as monitoring athlete progress, performance updates, and shared content through the DonoFuel platform.
Transaction Disclaimer: A small transaction fee is deducted from each DONO to support platform operations and payment processing.
Athlete Disclaimer: Athletes are independent individuals, not employees of DonoFuel. DonoFuel does not guarantee athletic performance, results, or outcomes.
Supporter Disclaimer: Contributions are voluntary and final. Supporters are contributing to help fuel an athlete’s journey — not investing for financial return.
Content Disclaimer: Athletes are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, updates, and shared content. DonoFuel does not verify or endorse athlete claims.
Risk Disclaimer: Supporting athletes carries inherent risks. DonoFuel makes no warranties regarding how athletes will use funds or whether they will achieve specific goals.
You may not use DonoFuel for:
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
Money laundering or criminal funding
Misrepresentation of athlete identity or performance
All DonoFuel branding, designs, and technology are owned by DonoFuel.
Athletes retain ownership of their personal content (photos, videos, stories) but grant DonoFuel a license to display and promote it on the platform.
DonoFuel is not responsible for athlete performance, misuse of funds, or supporter dissatisfaction.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Your use of DonoFuel is at your own risk.
DonoFuel may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
